An SPR 40 continuous mixer is designed for mixing plaster mixes with a maximum grain size of 3-4 mm. Plastering mixer can be used with or without a spray plastering machine included in the set.
For operating the plastering mixer it has to be connected with a water supply (min. pressure 3 bar). The mixer is equipped with a water fitting that helps to keep constant pressure and to adjust water quantity according to the requirements.
The main elements of a continuous mixer are dry matter container, mixer pipe, water fitting and a geared motor with an electrical system.
The dry matter container is filled with mixture. In addition, there is a cutting edge on the container to break mixture bags. There is a worm pressing dry mixture for plastering into a mixer pipe, where mixing takes place. Mixture is fed out from the opening of the mixer pipe.
The continuous mixer SPR 40 is equipped with wheels that can be removed for transporting purposes. The mixer can be easily demounted for convenient cleaning.
